Student and Parent Commitment Agreement:

Upon acceptance into MILEAP, both Student and Parent must sign a Commitment Agreement. This will take place at the initial meeting between Student, Parent, MILEAP Director and Family Advocate. Click below to see a copy of the Commitment Agreement.
